Dr. Newman Shiue
Dr. Newman Shiue grew up in the Palos Verdes community and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. In 2008 he received his Doctorate of Optometry from the State University of New York.
Dr. Shiue fulfilled his clinical training at the Naval ambulatory care center where he was the first extern to receive the Naval Officer in Charge’s award for excellence. He also completed rotations at the Southwest Veterans Affairs Hospital in Tucson, AZ, the Ocular Disease and Glaucoma Institute in New York City, and the Pediatrics and Vision Therapy clinic also in New York City.
Dr. Shiue is certified by the Board of Optometry and TLG certification to diagnose and treat primary open angle glaucoma as well as therapeutic pharmaceutical agents for ocular disease.

Martha
Martha had the pleasure to start with Dr. Shiue when he took over the practice in 2016. Her specialties include providing the best efficiency in Pre-exam testing, giving professional guidance in specialty contact lenses and training, and delivering Mibo-Flo Thermoflo therapy treatment for dry eyes.
Martha looks forward to providing our patients with the best experience for their eye care needs and building a heartwarming bond over time!
Andrea
Andrea brings a decade of billing experience and is now a dedicated medical biller for Peninsula Vision Optometry. Her passion is running at 5am and spending quality time with family and friends.
Cristina
Cristina is glad to be back in the optometry field and strives to grow and learn with such a great team. Her main goal is to use her administration skills to ensure every patient has a great experience. In her free time she enjoys cooking chicken marsala and gardening.
